musically, the focus is on movement: simultaneous, sympathetic movement, glistening movement, like a Mexican firework, like wheels in wheels… violin, electric guitars, trumpet and saxophone are all swirling along with upright bass, drums and voice to create a fluid feeling of movement, as the title suggests, “Like Light On Water”.

lyrically, the message is uplifting, with song titles such as “The Strength To Carry On” (when you’re bent down by the load / and your heart wants to explode / you’ve got to find that special place deep inside / that thing that no one can take), “Magnanimity” (in the quiet of a dark night / comes the hope subliminal / through the shining of the starlight / it comes unconditional) and “Cultivate” (want love? / want to be happy? / want peace and understanding? / cultivate it).
